Importing Sprites on Fighter Factory

I'm trying to import sprites but it only allows me to import sprites with the .ffd (Fighter Factory) extension.
So, how do I convert normal pictures into .ffd files?

OMG, didn't knew FFU did that... Use ol' good FF, it lets you import .pcx files.

when you export sprites from a character it gives you a pcx and ffd
