@Nesian102... Why GT Vegeta? Vegeta turned into a retard along with the entire series for GT. Anyway, the base defense and HP stats are way too high. It also has no combos. Not very good.
A good start, though he's plain annoying. "Hey-ya," is what he says for MANY attacks. A lot of attacks send you redonkulously far (which is bad btw). I will say he makes good use of his teleport.
The voice quality is good, but dont mix the Japanese and the English ones together. Pick one or the other - personally, I prefer English. Makes him sound completely bad-ass. As for the sprite quality, good work there.
Its coming together all right, just needs to be polished more. 6/10
