its a .RAR file everyone knows rar files are unreadable. try a diiferent format next time.
hehehe its(as in the char in this page) is annoying since when i make DBZ and naruto chars fight the naruto chars always lose since DBZ chars are stronger(in skills and weak attacks) XD
you can just edit parameters to make it equal... very simple go into cns file and make stats the same
i have Dbz mygen with 1082 chars but i have jus 620 ;D BTW i lave this char
