  Wow! I put her in the game and I really like her, you've done an outstanding job! I used to play Streets of Rage 2 for the Sega, and I can't remember too much from it, but I believe Elektra was one of the enemies that dressed in blue (to begin with until later facing off against recolors with different names later in the game) and she attacked with a whip that would emit electricity and shock you until you broke free. I really miss playing that game now.
